ISAPS Auto-Renewal Program

 We are now offering an automatic annual dues renewal program. Active and Associate members are eligible to enroll in this new program which is designed to provide members with an easy and convenient way to pay their membership dues.

This program allows members to pay their dues directly from their credit card account. Your membership will automatically renew each year, freeing you from having to resubmit your renewal and payment information annually. 

What is the Auto-Renewal Program?
By authorizing us to charge your credit card account annually, your membership will automatically renew each year.  

What are the benefits to me?
By enrolling in this program, there will be no disruption in your membership or benefits. You will no longer have to resubmit your payment information annually.

How will I know when a payment has been scheduled?
Instead of an annual renewal notice, ISAPS will send you a reminder notice at least 30 days before your credit card will be charged. Your membership will be renewed annually at the current dues rate in effect at the time of renewal. Your auto-renewal anniversary date will be determined by the last date you manually renewed.

Example: You manually renew your membership on 10/10/2018 – your auto-renewal anniversary date is then 10/10 of each year.

How will I know what amount has been charged to my credit card?
Once you have enrolled in this program, ISAPS will automatically charge your credit card each year unless you cancel your authorization in writing. A receipt will be emailed to you when your card has been charged.
ISAPS will notify you if there are any difficulties during the processing of these payments.

If your credit card number has changed or expired since your last renewal, your membership will go into a grace period even though it is set up for auto-renewal. It is important to keep your information up-to-date.

How do I change the credit that I want to use for auto-renewal?
To update your credit card information and/or bulling information send am email to [email protected]. You will be required to complete a new enrollment form. To protect your security, do not send your credit card information in the body of an email.

How do I cancel my auto-renewal?
You may opt out of this program at any time, but cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

All enrollment change or cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of your scheduled membership dues charge. Requests made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled membership dues charge my not be honored for that renewal period, but will be honored for all future renewals.
